How to Enter & Event Highlights

How the Student Car Giveaway Works

Enter by completing the online form on this page with the student’s name, contact info, school, grade, and total A’s for the 2025–2026 school year. You must also upload proof of grades—such as a report card, transcript, or portal screenshot—that clearly displays the student’s name, school, classes, and grades. Verification is essential; we cannot accept images where this information is cropped, blurry, or missing. Finally, provide a valid ID for either the student or a parent. While a student ID, permit, or license works for the entry, a parent or guardian must hold a valid driver’s license for eligibility.

You Can Still Enter at the Dealership

Sometimes, visiting us in person is just simpler.

If you encounter technical issues with the online form or simply prefer hand-delivering a physical report card, feel free to visit our dealership. Our team will happily copy your document and enter your details manually.

This is a great option if you have a paper-only report card, find your school portal difficult to navigate, or face upload errors. Just ensure you visit us before the final cutoff.

Submissions close on June 8. To keep things fair, we cannot accept late entries or forgotten report cards once the deadline expires.

The Giveaway Party

Join us for the Giveaway Party on June 19 at 6 PM. To win, the student must be physically present; substitutes like parents, siblings, or friends are not permitted. This policy ensures fairness for all attendees. While exceptions for emergencies like surgery are evaluated individually, common conflicts such as work, vacations, or other events are not eligible. Stay updated via Facebook and Instagram for the latest event reminders and details.

What You Can Win

One lucky Tennessee high school student will win a brand-new Nissan Versa. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, the Nissan Versa is sized perfectly for a student’s busy life of school, work, and sports. It provides the independence they need and the reliability they deserve. For families, this means no more juggling schedules or waiting in parking lots after meetings. This giveaway offers a student more than just keys—it offers responsibility, earned through their report card.

What Counts as an Entry

Students can earn one entry for every “A” on an eligible transcript or report card, with a maximum of eight entries allowed. Please note that only grades specifically marked as an “A” are valid; passing marks like a “P” will not be accepted. You may submit any grading period from the 2025–2026 school year. Simply choose the report card or transcript that maximizes your entries, as any additional A’s beyond the eight-entry limit will not provide extra chances to win.College, AP, and Dual Enrollment Classes

Some students take college-level classes while still in high school. That includes AP courses, dual enrollment courses, and other advanced classes.

An “A” in one of these classes may count only if the course and grade appear on the high school report card or transcript.

If the grade appears only on a college transcript or college portal, it does not count for this giveaway. We use the high school’s report card or transcript to verify entries because the giveaway is for Tennessee high school students.

Who Can Enter

Participation in the Student Car Giveaway is restricted to students currently enrolled in a Tennessee high school. Consequently, middle school, college, and out-of-state students are ineligible. Entrants may use a student ID or permit if they do not yet have a driver’s license, though a parent or guardian must hold one. The winning student is required to attend the Giveaway Party on June 19 at 6 PM.

Before You Submit the Form

Review your files carefully before uploading. A valid screenshot must clearly show your name, school, and academic records without any blurriness. High-quality images save time for everyone. Don’t zoom in so much that you crop out essential headers; the full page is always better. Browse your student portal for the specific screen that lists your name, school, and grades together. Please note that entries failing verification cannot be processed for the giveaway.

Need Help Entering?

Should you encounter any technical difficulties, please email [email protected]. Alternatively, feel free to bring your hard-copy report card to the dealership; our team can copy it and assist with manual entry. We recommend reaching out sooner rather than later, as the deadline is final and late entries cannot be processed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What grades can I use?

We accept any grading period from 2025–2026. You get one entry for every A, but we stop counting at eight, so don’t worry about submitting more than that!

Do I need to be a straight-A student?

Nope! Just one “A” gets you in the drawing. Every “A” after that increases your chances, up to eight entries total.

Do I have to have a license?

Not to enter. You can use a student ID or permit if your parent or guardian has a valid license.

Do “Pass” grades work?

No, sorry! We only count actual “A” grades. A “P” won’t get you an entry.

Can I use my college or AP classes?

Only if they show up on your high school report card. If the grade is only on a college transcript, it doesn’t count.

Is this open to college students?

No. This giveaway is just for students in Tennessee high schools.

Can I just send a screenshot?

Sure! Just make sure your name, school, classes, and grades are all visible in the shot.

What if my name isn’t on the screenshot?

We won’t be able to verify it, so the entry will be rejected. Make sure all your info is there!

Can I just come to the dealership?

Yes! Bring your paper report card by before June 8 and we’ll sign you up right here.

When do I need to enter by?

Make sure you’re signed up by June 8.

What if I’m late?

We can’t make exceptions for late entries, so don’t wait until the last minute!

When is the big party?

The Giveaway Party is June 19 at 6 PM.

Do I have to be there?

Yes! You have to be there in person to win the car.

Can my mom or dad go for me?

No. Only the student can win, so you have to show up yourself.

What if I’m sick?

We only review exceptions for major medical emergencies. Routine conflicts like work or vacation won’t count.

Is the car totally free?

You won’t pay the dealership for taxes or fees, but keep in mind that the car is taxable income you’ll need to report later.
