Newton Nissan South Certified as a J.D. Power 2023 Dealer of Excellence

Newton Nissan South has been certified in the J.D. Power 2021 Dealer of Excellence Program, which recognizes a select number of dealerships throughout the United States that provide exceptional customer service.

Having it recognized and acknowledged isn’t just for us; it’s to assure our current and future customers, to show them  that we will take care of them, no matter what. The J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award is exclusive; therefore, not all dealerships qualify. Newton Nissan South receives this distinction because of their diligence to give every customer an outstanding experience, whether they are buying a new or used vehicle, or are in the service department for maintenance. 

To qualify, Newton Nissan South had to pass three specific steps with J.D. Power:

First, the qualifiers are limited to the dealerships within top-performing brands. Second, the dealership’s customer satisfaction scores had to be top-notch. And finally, Newton Nissan South had to pass an in-store audit to show that they met or exceeded J.D. Power sales best practices. These included:

• listing vehicle inventory and pricing on the dealership website; 
• negotiating in an efficient and transparent manner; 
• offering a fair trade-in value; 
• and presenting a clear and easy-to-understand menu of finance and insurance products.

The J.D. Power 2021 Dealer of Excellence Program recognition is based on achievement of high scores from automotive manufacturer customer research and completion of an in-dealership best practices verification visit.
