Top 5 Features We Love
There’s obviously a lot to love about the new Armada, but here are our top-five features we love:
1. Largest Display in Its Class
Of course with one of the roomiest interiors, the Nissan Armada also has an all-new, large 12.3-inch display. We love that this is standard across all trims, and it includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is a beautiful, high resolution, and totally customizable screen to make access to apps, navigation, and audio sources easier than ever.
2. Safety Features
Because safety is a top priority for all families, the new Armada has no shortage of these features. First, along with all of the Nissan lineup, it features the standard Nissan Safety Shield, which includes Blind Spot Warning. Second, it has even more features, such as Intelligent Lane Intervention, Forward Collision Warning, and Blind Spot Intervention, which enables you to stay safer than ever.
3. Best in Class Towing & Horsepower
With an engine upgrade and multiple towing/trailering packages, this SUV delivers and makes its way up the charts of power and dependability. Featuring a 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 with best-in-class1 standard 400 horsepower (at 5,200 rpm), you can get where you need to go without fighting for it. For towing, the standard maximum capacity is up to 8,500 pounds for both 4WD and 2WD, when properly equipped. With top trims, Armada comes with standard Trailer Brake Controller with tow hitch and Trailer Sway control as well.
4. Choice of Trims
Speaking of trims, there are 3 primary trims for the 2021 Armada: SV, SL, and Platinum models, in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. There will be an S level trim, for a more expensive but less equipped options, available later in 2021. The higher level trims include larger wheels, leather seating, fog lights, and remove engine start.
5. Midnight Edition
Our personal favorite special edition of the new Armada has to be the Midnight Edition. This package became popular several years ago when we had a solar eclipse, but has remained a standard because it has remained a customer favorite. Featuring multiple black-painted features, such as roof rails, grille, and logos, this is a cool edition that elevates the look of your Armada for sure.
