Recently, Newton Nissan South earned the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award for 2022, and we couldn’t be happier about it. This isn’t simply some insider award that the industry gives to itself––it’s based on ratings from our customers throughout the year. Since our focus every day is on customer satisfaction, there’s nothing more important to us than knowing that our customers are happy with their vehicles and the service we provide. That’s why we’re so proud of this year’s award and the fact that we’ve earned it not only in 2022 but for the previous seven years as well.

How Did We Earn This Award?

DealerRater is one of the leading platforms for customer reviews of dealerships in North America, with more than 7 million consumer reviews on their site. In order to qualify for the Consumer Satisfaction Award, a dealership has to meet some of the highest standards possible, including having a minimum of 25 reviews for the year, an average minimum star rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 (we have a 4.9), and they have to have a PowerScore (determined by their algorithm) in the top 10% of dealerships. In other words, to earn this award, we had to have a good number of reviews that were overwhelmingly positive and be among the leading dealers in the country.
