Granted our credit is challenged but I was looking at a
Granted our credit is challenged but I was looking at a 2011 Tahoe wanted to put down 1500 list price was 13000. Was told they can approve me but payments would be 500 a month. When I asked how many months I was told 48. I asked what we would need to do to get payments of 450 or less. Told me 5000 down 450 a month for 48 months. That is almost 28000 for a 2011 listed for 13000 and puting 5000 down only improved payment by about 50 bucks. Was told they only have 1 lender that handles high interest loans.

The payments may be over what I really wanted but for a 2023 Altima I guess I can’t be too picky on the price for a car that’s in better condition than I was driving.
